We, the Siervas de San José, have been fortunate to know Santiago Manuin Valera for many years and to share with him important moments of our journey with the Awajun and Wampis peoples from our Mission in Wachapea- Chiriaco.
His daughters studied at the Mission Educational Institution and he, as a father, always wanted a quality education for them. He participated in assemblies and activities based on the cultural values of community work, participation and the collective search for initiatives to improve the functioning of the Fe y Alegría 62 Huachapea - Chiriaco Educational Institution.
